I went to the top on the first level and broke out of the map somehow
yes, some out-of-bounds bugs have been noticed by playtesters. will investigate & fix.
what do I do when I get the pearl? I've been stuck for a while, Can someone help?
go back to the room where you rescued the 3d glasses guy and press 8 + t again
so I get to QUEST right? but then quests 1-3 are not available and when I hit 4 or 5 I come back and am able to do the dash and jump. am I supposed to be able to access quest 1??
also you can dash all the way to the end of the quest to the right of H
i feel like rather than "STAR T" being a hint, it should be "80" then it goes to "EIGHTY" then it goes to "EIGHT TY" then it goes to "8T" and then of course, "UGH"
this game might blow up I see it in my reccomended (how does YouTube know i played) (help)
the game is not so good, questionable hitboxes, lack of instructions, werid anticheat

how did that happen?
I think I just broke the whole game by messing up order of things and doing quests
1-3 works fine 4-5 I think breaks it
couple other small bugs but the cause is probably the quests
epic soft lock I cant continue game anymore my save file is blocked now from spawning in quest 3 (the credits that reset my game)
I broke the game
bug1: u can use the but be quick to wedge yourself and die in next screen (below)
bug 2: choosing quest 5 then idk clicking or something allowed me to use double jump and dash in main levels
bug 3: I proceeded to go to H door and fell to the void and I cant reset or die help I am in purgatory
when i reloaded and hit continue I'm back to normal movement
oh dear! i'll look into these, thanks for reporting.
summoning takes 5 years for each quest help
Jimi Can Not Read Gameplay
I finished the game but I had to look in the comments to find certain controls: star and t meaning press 8 and t, using z in the summoner orb window, typing quest at the cat person. The pearl being used by pressing 8 and t again.
I think these things could be made clearer.
i think these things are part of the puzzle aspect of the experience: you hear rumors about upcoming game mechanics and decide whether to act on them. but if the overall view of these rumors is negative, i will consider spoiling them in-game. thank you for playing and giving feedback, it makes all the hard work worthwhile.
Thanks for replying. The star and t thing might be alright and I simply didn't think hard enough. For the summoner orb a prompt to press z or accepting other keys like return or space would be useful.
however, pressing Z in the summoner orb window is not intended to be a puzzle - that's an actual design flaw, a miscommunication on my part. that will be fixed in the next patch (which is a hotfix coming soon).
does the game end after entering the summoner orb, or is it just an glitch on my part? like the new updates tho c:

im a tad bit confused about how to use the summoner orb. I got the orb and entered it successfully but now im stuck on the who to summon screen and I cant figure out how to move forwar

I realized that there is a C on the right of the water, but I can't get to it yet, and there is an H on top to the left in an unreachable place and going up it says "Hi". Will there be a way I can obtain C and H?

you can sequence break(?) by getting on top of the stalling box and clipping into the ceiling i think and then carefully jumping across one of the bat text boxes over the gap in the ceiling there and then if you keep going theres h

Is there going to be an update? The game ends when typing "Quest" to the statue and there's no other way to progress after getting the letters A, E, P, Q, R, S, T, and U. Great game so far!
that's the end currently! i'll update the game one more time this year, adding character quests.

I discovered a glitch
after filling the star t room with water, you can go right again
it sends you to a blank room, but if you wait, the room will turn into the "just one mistake" room
but if you go back left before fixing the room, you'll enter a blank orange room, if you wait here instead of waiting in the other room, a brick platform will appear at the bottom, you can't see what happens if you go left before the brick platform appears, because there's just not enough time to get to the other side before it fixes itself
if you go left you'll enter a blank red room, if you keep going left and reach the middle of the room, it will be revealed that you are in the "it is always bats" room, and that you're standing on the text box at the top of the room, even though you are on the bottom (this room has the mechanic that if you fall to the bottom it sends you to the top, but the text box stops you from going to the top), you can jump from the text box to the other side of the room, but you won't be able to grab the letter (the jump is pretty big, I failed it multiple times)
but once you reach the other side you get to a room with a ladder, going down the ladder sends you to the other side of the TECH barrier, which I'd assume you're not supposed to have gotten past yet
but if you keep going left, past the ladder, you will go through multiple rooms of different colors, until you reach a room that has the H, but you can't reach it, because it's under a platform that you can't get under without falling into the room below, which is in-bounds (if you try to go back to the right in the H room, you just can't, the right side becomes a wall)
this confuses me though, because I thought I saw the H somewhere else in a video, or maybe someone else commented about it (now that I think of it, they might've been talking about this same glitch)
-- unrelated to the glitch, can skip until I say "back to the glitch"
another confusion is that in all the videos I've seen, they give the letters to the wizard guy and the game ends, but you can get past the wizard guy and over to the other side of the room, and it takes you to the "Jimi can swim" room, the same room as the "you were not supposed to be here yet" room, which leads to other water rooms, and eventually get you to the room that you fall back into if you fall from the H room (on the path you can also find the letter U)
also, there's an A letter block stopping you from getting past the "Jimi can swim" room, because it's below you, and you can't shoot downwards (shooting a wall and having your projectile FALL doesn't work for it), but you can shoot at the corner right next to the A block, and you'll be able to break it (this only works if you shoot upwards, not left)
-- back to the glitch
back to the H room, if you get to the top of all the platforms, you can go up into a room that just says "Hi." with blocks, this room seemingly has no other purpose
and that's about all I found

Sooo i'm stuck at the "Press Start" and i gather that i have to use the ' button except as you can see my ' button does not give me a star (*). I have to first hold down Shift then click ' so i can get a star (*). In this game it does not work doing it that way so i cannot continue. I even tested just incase by using the "Multiply" button which gives me a star (*) but that one does not count so i'm out of luck.
Tl;dr; I got stuck and i cannot continue play because i have a non-english keyboard.
Shift 7 should work for the star on any keyboard. I looks like the developer is looking for a keycode rather than the appropriate character press unfortunately.
Shift 7 didn't work but i also tried Shift 8 and then it worked. Thanks for the help.

if you got h you and go back to the star t room
and press star t again. the room will fill with water
and with that you can get q
how on earth do you get the H

Damn, this game is so hard I accidentally sequence broke the game before I managed to shoot the plushy in the cool room
