a small update. no new content but some polish:

✱ the game is now gamepad-friendly! it detects when you're playing with a gamepad and tells you the correct buttons. 
✱ fixed a soft-lock encountered by a playtester.
✱ the ladder tops are now solid (this is an often-requested feature)
✱ goo now moves with the screen
✱ death sfx
