post-jam update!

some fine-tuning that came up during playtesting, such as:

✱ jellyfish no longer clump together
✱ bomb now hits partially off-screen enemies and erases enemy bullets
✱ music ends during game over
✱ fixed overlapping powerup names in tutorial
