improvements, part 1

so it's finally time to reboot this game.

some improvements so far:

✱ 'Plus x' cards that act as multipliers for other cards
✱ proper mouse controls
✱ player health is now in the top center
✱ improved Bumbler sprite
✱ nice palette cycling animation when drafting cards
