level 5 and all it entails

i found out that the developer shortcut in my previous post didn't function correctly, so now i'm offering Shift+R for resetting the save file. you just need to press the key combo during a gameplay section.

but yeah, i've added a 5th level by essentially modding the game. i basically just had to replace the mentions of 4 in the code with mentions of 5. but not all mentions of 4, as there's 4-lane data for the current level and changing it is not relevant.

the 5th level is a bossfight against a blue elf. it has somewhat sophisticated AI and is able to throw gifts at you!

there's still version 2.e on the horizon, so look forward to it!
